Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital downloads, templates, guides, courses, or other digital resources once access has been granted.

Community Memberships

Memberships to The Bookish Cottage™ may be canceled at any time.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Subscription Products

For subscription products, including Blind Date With A Book and similar offerings, cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Once a subscription shipment has been processed or shipped, refunds cannot be provided for that shipment.

Physical Products

Physical products purchased through Etsy or other storefronts are subject to the policies listed within the respective storefront.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me so that I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make things right.
